Smokehouse Catering & Bar-B-Q specializes in catering events and festival food service, featuring BBQ pork and beef, ribs, chicken, seafood, lamb and whole hogs. Many of our customers enjoy Cajun dishes including jambalaya, alligator and gumbo. We offer a complete line of side dishes, including gourmet salads, such as smoked turkey Caesar, roasted red potato, Greek orzo and tabouli.

   Our festival food service line includes many of the above items, as well as, pork riblets on a stick, hamburgers and Chicago-style hot dogs. For Oktoberfest and other harvest celebrations we feature Schweinebraten sandwiches and Smokehouse roasted corn on the cob. For the early risers, we offer a line of breakfast items including biscuits and gravy, assorted pastries and our popular homemade breakfast burritos. We also offer beverage service at all our events including fruit Granitas, Pepsi fountain drinks, juice, bottled water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa.
